Interim Finance Director (6 months)

Job Title: Interim Finance Director (6 months) Location: Midlands (office 2 days per week) Rate: £500-575 (Outside IR35) CK10037 Finatal is currently partnered with PE backed SaaS business who is seeking an interim Finance Director to help lead them through a period of change. Primarily, you will be leading the company through refinancing, professionalisation of the finance function and implementing new strategies to drive profitability. You must have experience in a Private Equity portfolio and have been through a refinancing round. You must be a fantastic communicator and able to manage multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead the refinancing process with the bank. Manage key internal and external stakeholders Professionalise and streamline existing financial controls. Identify the different product areas and those which are most profitable in order to base your strategic decisions from. Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Maintain financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications and Skills: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) PE experience Demonstrated experience with refinancing a company. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving performance and achieving business objectives. Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
