Estate Operative Supervisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic Estate Operative Supervisor to join the team at a luxury residential property in Canary Wharf, London - which operates at 5* hotel level. The successful candidate will ensure the estate areas are well-maintained, the service bay operate efficiently, and that refuse/recycling is managed and collected, all in line with the agreed service standards and operating procedures. Responsibilities: - Co-ordinating and overseeing the management of the loading bay and all deliveries coming onto the estate (residential, commercial and hotel). - Work with security and concierge to manage all daily deliveries and collections of packages for residents. - Managing all aspects of the daily estate cleaning operations; reviewing cleanliness of key areas such as the loading bay, bin rooms, chute rooms and BOH basement areas and assigning cleaning duties to team members accordingly. - Coordinating and managing the workload of the Estate & Service Area operatives (in conjunction with the Operations Manager). - Rota management, ensuring all daily shifts are covered and provide support and arrange cover for holidays. - Ensure that all estate related tasks are delivered safely and in line with the Standard Operating Procedures and Risk Assessments. We are looking for someone with experience in cleaning and a can-do attitude. The role has an immediate start date. The standard hours are Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm but will require some flexibility occasionally. The job is 40 hours per week. TPBN1_UKCT
