Senior Project Manager - Hotel Development & Refurbishments

Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager with experience working for either Property Developers or Project Management Consultants?If you have experience in Hotels & Hospitality projects, specifically within the 4* and 5* markets then I would like to hear from you!Huntsman are working with a leading Project Management firm in London, who have a need for a candidate to join their business to work on several high-profile Hotel projects in London including extensive refurbishments ranging from £20-250millon in value. Candidates must have experience in Contract Administration of JCT Contracts, understand the role of an Employers Agent and be comfortable in a client-facing role.This role is based in London and employees are expected in the office on a full time basis.To be considered for this role candidates need to have the following:MRICS/APM/CIOB Membership or working towards5+ years experience of Project Management Consultancy Experience for a Developer or Consultancy.Have experience in Hotels / Hospitality or would consider Prime/Super Prime residential experience.
