Korean Speaking Sales Support & Client Liaison Assistant Ref: TK46006 An opportunity has arisen at a dynamic and highly regarded legal team in the City of London. They are looking for a Korean Speaking Sales Support & Client Liaison Assistant. The role will be responsible for liaising between Korean clients and solicitors and managing various administration duties for client management. ------------------------------------------- Permanent residence, Spouse, Partner, YMS, Graduate - (Student visa, Requiring visa sponsorship WORK TYPE: Hybrid working VISA SUPPORT: TYPE: Permanent, full-time Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 SALARY: £25K - 30K level, depending on experience, plus good benefits START: ASAP City of London (Currently 3 days in the office, 2 days’ work from home - It may change depending on the company’s decision.) Sales Support & Client Liaison Assistant Main Responsibilities: • Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary • Communicates with Korean clients to understand inquiries and concerns • Translates enquires from Korean clients into English, supports solicitors to understand Korean cultural and customary background • Translates advice from English to Korean for Korean clients, follows them up when necessary • Prepares proposals, client engagement letters, weekly news letters, and other sales and marketing documents • Organises legal seminars/webinars and other marketing events • Maintain Clients data, documents & files, or reports to the sales team • Sales Support & Client Liaison Assistant Ideal Candidate: • Knowledge of UK or Korean law • Business level of fluency in both English and Korean ** All applicants for the Sales Support & Client Liaison Assistant must have the right to work in the UK as the Company is not able to offer visa support.
