Electrical supervisor

Electrical Supervisor Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a well-established NICEIC Approved Electrical Contractor based in the East Midlands who specialize in commercial and industrial installations. Due to expansion, they are currently looking for Electrical Supervisors to join their team on a permanent basis, Working hours: 7am-5pm, on projects around the East Midlands area, such as MOD Sites. Salary negotiable + package including van + fuel card Job Duties and responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day site operations, including coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. * Oversee electrical installations and ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards. * Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any issues that arise. * Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to address any concerns or requests. * Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. * Prepare and submit site reports, documentation, and progress updates as required Position Requirements: * 18th edition * 2391 Test and Inspection (advantageous) * C& G Level 3 * IPAF/ PASMA (advantageous) * SSSTS (advantageouss) * ECS/CSCS card Demand for this role will undoubtedly be high and interviews will be arranged very soon.
