Partner Financial are working with a Private Equity backed Technology business, headquartered in Central London. With ambitious expansion initiatives focused on acquisitions throughout the EMEA region, their strategic approach and innovative product offerings firmly establish the brand as a leader in its market, outpacing key competitors.
This newly created position will be responsible for establishing a business partnering function, working closely with the Product directorate and the senior leadership team to contribute to improving the overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities: Acting as a key advisor to the business unit through financial insight and data, helping to continually challenge assumptions Partnering with senior leadership to define and develop appropriate KPIs for the business Creating business cases to support future initiatives within the product department Working closely with the business unit to actively drive growth and reduce risk by identifying key insights and emerging trends Leading the enhancements in the analysis and comprehension of the investment in CapEx and OpEx. Delivering of high-quality monthly management accounts and reporting, including headcount reporting, variance analysis and appropriate commentary Constructing monthly budgets and forecasts by project and cost centres for current and future years, including controls around intangible asset accounting
Ideal Candidate: Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with relevant PQE Proven experience partnering with a Product division would be key Experience in building business cases and analysing investment opportunities is essential Outstanding commercial acumen with the ability to influence Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present data Previous experience working in a fast-paced Technology/ E-commerce business will be advantageous
