Cloud Engineer - Azure Remote / Hybrid

Cloud Engineer / Platform Cloud Engineer - Azure, DevOps, AKS, CI/CD, Automation - Remote/Hybrid 2 days per month onsite Bristol/London/Hertfordshire We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Cloud Engineer with strong Azure, DevOps and AKS expertise to join an existing and growing Cloud Platform team. The successful candidate will bring a depth of technical knowledge and be integral to ensuring our Cloud Platform is cutting-edge and highly secure. As a member of the Cloud Platform team, you will be working at every stage of a product lifecycle deployment, from conception, design, implementation, testing and through to operational support. As we embark on a migration to Cloud so much of the work will be supporting our product teams with these migrations. With Automation at the heart of everything the cloud team are doing, you should have strong understanding of CI/CD tools, and IaC like Bicep. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain cloud security on Azure using Bicep and CI/CD pipelines. Develop automation scripts for deployment and maintenance of cloud infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure and application issues. Monitor and optimise systems performance. Ensure compliance with security policies and standards. Requirements : Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer in large Azure enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of Azure, CI/CD pipelines, IaC (Bicep) or other deployment tools. Expertise in scripting (PowerShell and/or Python Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, specifically Azure Kubernetes Services AKS. Microsoft Azure certifications are a plus. Hybrid/Remote working: 2 day onsite per each month in either Bristol, London or Hertfordshire
