Reception Teacher

About the role: We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Reception Teacher to join our welcoming primary school in Waltham Forest. This is a full-time, long-term role, ideal for an experienced teacher or an enthusiastic ECT who is keen to make an impact on young learners. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our Reception class, ensuring every child is supported in their early stages of learning. Application Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). • Experience or passion for teaching Early Years (Reception). • A commitment to creating a positive and engaging learning environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • The ability to work well as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons that inspire and engage young learners. • Support the development of each child’s social, emotional, and academic growth. • Foster a love for learning through creative and play-based activities. • Work closely with the Early Years team to ensure the best outcomes for each child. • Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
