Order Processing Administrator

We're seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for precision and exceptional organisational skills to join our client's expanding Order Management Team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part, providing comprehensive support throughout the entire order process, from initiation to delivery. The role will include: Oversee all aspects of the order management process Answer customer enquiries via telephone and email regarding stock availability, order status, returns etc Accurately maintain customer databases Prepare shipping documents, ensuring that all deliveries are running on schedule Liaise with the Finance department to resolve invoice and payment issues Complete any ad-hoc tasks to support the team as requiredWe are looking for: Previous experience in a similar role Great attention to detail and accurate data entry skills Strong communication skills both written and oral Highly organised, working to deadlines Confident IT user, previous experience in SAP would be advantageousDetails: Title: Order Management Administrator Salary: £25,000-£26,000 Location: Camberley Contract: Full-time Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, fully office based Huntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
