Service Manager - Supportive Living Leeds £28,000 per annum J87684 We are looking for a Service Manager to join a well established and highly regarded provider of support to people with Learning Disabilities in a Supportive Living environment We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Service Manager to manage a 10 bed service in the Leeds area. The services comprise of self contained apartments set within a property in it's own grounds You will be required to lead a team and ensure that you deliver a well coordinated service provision. Coordinate and supervise staff to achieve the highest standards of practice, customer care and positive outcomes. You will also need to carry out direct support with service users, work professionally alongside the team and work closely in liaison with families and carers.
