Training Consultant - remote working

Senior Functional Consultant (D365), Hybrid, Berkshire, 55-70k+, Bonus, Car Allowance, Benefits. Our client is looking for a Senior Functional Consultant who will join one of the Project Teams responsible for the successful & timely implementation of software and ERP implementations. The role will be UK based and requires experience of delivering ERP implementations for end customers. Our client provides solutions that help automate and streamline business processes which enables them to better engage with their customers, and create an optimised user experience. These systems are all powered by the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. Are the link between Business and IT. Manage customer expectations, and translate Business & Functional requirements into application solutions. Follow up on testing and guarantee quality of the solution. Take ownership of the assigned modules in the project and interact with other team members (Functional Solution Architect, Developers, Testers…). Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Service Delivery Consultants. Participate in the project progress meetings and proactively identify risk areas. Apply your expertise to deliver high quality consulting services to new and existing customers. Strong analytical skills (master’s degree or equivalent through experience). ~ At least 3-5 years’ experience as a Functional Consultant in the context of large, complex ERP/CRM project implementations. ~ Expert in identifying business requirements and has an excellent understanding of customers’ business processes. ~ Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a 'plus'. ~ Knowledge of PowerApps, Common Data Services, Project Automate, MS Forms pro,… is a 'plus'. ~ Willing to travel - depending on the project implementation phase - to the client (Reading area). ~ Hands-on, likes to take initiatives and is driven by quality. ~A fast-growing and international environment with offices based in London, across central Europe and the US.
