ISO & HSEQ Manager

About us:TSS provides professional consultancy services for the infrastructure industry. We also develop and offer software solutions within the sector, either as Software as a Service (SaaS) or our Managed Commercial Service (MCS).About the role:We are seeking an experienced ISO & HSEQ Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining our Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) systems in compliance with ISO standards. This role is crucial in ensuring that all of our projects are compliant.Key Responsibilities:ISO Certification ManagementDevelop and implement the ISMS in line with ISO 27001 standardsEnsure that TSS are 100% compliant in accordance with ISO 45001 for Health and Safety; ISO 14001 for Environment; ISO 9001 for Quality ManagementReportingMonitor and generate the monthly internal audit programme of the ISMS and HSEQ providing metrics on a regular basisTraining & DevelopmentIdentifying training needs and deliver internal training to enhance awarenessContinuous DevelopmentStay up to date with changes in ISO legislation, regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, IT or a related field.Proven track record of managing ISO 27001 certification processes.Knowledge of Azure infrastructure to be able to apply the ISMS to our estate.Strong knowledge of HSEQ regulations, standards and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Relevant certifications (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH and RICS) are highly desirable.How to apply:Please email your CV and covering letter detailing your experience and qualifications to: [email protected] Sumner Smith Ltd is an equal opportunities employer.
