Senior Product Manager - Roadmapping a unique EV B2B Software Product to Market

This role is part of, a fast-growing technology company dedicated to unlocking the full potential of batteries with intelligent battery software for vehicles. Please only apply if you have significant Product Management experience road mapping and launching Software Products to market. Fully remote can be supported. The Senior Product Manager will: Through cross functional communication with internal departments (Marketing, Engineering, Customer Service) and the external market, define and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with the company’s broader business goals. Gain a comprehensive understanding of the battery management software market, focusing on emerging trends, customer demands, and the competitive environment. Prioritize and oversee a product portfolio based on strategic importance, market potential, and resource distribution. Make difficult decisions regarding which initiatives to pursue and which to discontinue. Establish targets and monitor product performance through key metrics and KPIs. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective product development and successful launches. The Senior Product Manager will have: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree within a technical field. Demonstrable experience within Product Management of Software Products with a track record of delivery. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Good understanding of the e-mobility or electrification space.
