This business continues to thrive and you will add to a very stable engineering department. With a focus on developing key KPIs, we need a strong people leader who loves to develop their team.
About you?
- Previous experience working as an Engineering Team lead or engineering supervisor within a busy food manufacturing / FMCG environment - Electrical or mechanical engineering background, L3 or equivalent - Led small or large teams, with a key focus on KPIs
