Job Title: Supported Living Manager Location: Shepshed and Melton Mowbray (Multi-site role - full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential) Salary: Up to £32000 dependent on experience We're seeking a dynamic Supported Living Manager to lead established services in Shepshed and Melton Mowbray. What You'll Do: Lead with Purpose: As a Supported Living Manager, you'll oversee a team dedicated to providing exceptional care and support within our supported housing service. " Generous benefits package including health and wellbeing benefits Requirements: Have experience in supporting adults with complex learning disabilities - deputy manager/team leader/experienced care manager Have experience with Autism and Positive Behaviour Plans. Have good IT skills and experience of maintaining records to be successful in this role. You will hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or an acceptable equivalent), OR, have the ability to achieve this within 18 months of appointment. Interested?
