Job Description:
- Oversee and manage small-scale construction projects from inception to completion
- Overseeing the design management as well as the project management on these small scale schemes
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress, budget, and timeline to ensure adherence to company standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Oversee a small on-site team
- Projects could be new build or refurbishments
