Interim Finance Business Partner Location: Remote Position Type: 6-month contract outside IR35 Salary: £400 per day CK10036 Finatal are on a search for a Finance Business Partner to a Private Equity backed retail company. The opportunity has arisen due to their continued growth; therefore, they require a dynamic Finance Business Partner to be a crucial part of their continued organic growth. You would be an integral part of the finance function, working closely with senior stakeholders, including the CFO. Key Responsibilities Design and implement robust financial models to support strategic decision-making and forecasting. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance across different functions and identify areas for improvement. Business partnering with various teams to streamline budgeting and forecasting processes. Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and profitability. Optimize existing processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. Requirements: Accounting qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Proven experience in financial modelling Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. Proficiency in Excel and financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, Adaptive Insights). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
