Job Advert: Vehicle Technician
Location: Weston-Super-Mare
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (No Weekends)
Salary: 30,000 - 36,500 (depending on experience) + Bonuses & Overtime

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicles.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake repairs, and engine tune-ups.
- Accurately identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards and in compliance with manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain clear and detailed records of all service and repair work performed.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers, providing updates and explanations as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with automotive technologies and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, with a strong background in servicing and repairing vehicles.
- Relevant qualifications, such as an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- A full UK driving license is essential.
