Year 3 Teaching Assistant

Smile Education is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Dudley. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and group support to Year 3 pupils, assisting with their academic and personal development. Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and creative lessons. Support children with varying needs, ensuring all students feel included and supported. Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment. Assist with classroom preparation, behaviour management, and administrative tasks.Requirements: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within a Year 3 or Key Stage 2 setting. A passion for working with children and a commitment to their learning and wellbeing. A patient, approachable, and proactive attitude. Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential. An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).Benefits: Competitive daily rates.
