General Farm Worker

Rooksnest Estate is near Hungerford and covers 2,200 ha with combinable crops, herbage seed, Aberdeen Angus cattle and environmental schemes. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our farming team utilizing Claas, Fendt and Horsch machinery. The successful applicant will be a hardworking team-player with very high standards and a resourceful, can-do attitude. The main responsibilities will be tractor work; to include corn cart, hedge cutting, rolling, fertiliser spinning as well as livestock andgeneral estate duties. For the right individual, this could progress to include relief spraying, drilling and combining. We are able to offer a position within a progressive farming business with a competitive salary, accommodation, bespoke training and a rewarding work environment. The applicant must have a full driving licence and 2 years experience in the Agricultural Industry. PA 1 & 2 and a forklift certificate would be an advantage.
