Senior Sales Manager - Customer Experience in Litigation and Law


Salary: Up to £65,000 with 10% bonus and OTE up to £120,000

Location: Fully remote (ideally London based or commutable)


I'm working with a rapidly growing start-up who specialise in streamlining litigation processes for law firms, corporate legal departments, and solo practitioners. Their cutting-edge services and technology solutions are designed to reduce the complexity, time, and cost associated with legal proceedings, enabling their clients to focus on winning their cases. As they continue to grow and innovate, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join the team.


As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the business growth by identifying and securing new clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of the legal industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with a passion for the legal sector and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage prospective clients in the legal industry.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Offer customised solutions that streamline legal workflows.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Track and report on sales metrics to the executive team.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams.


Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of sales experience in legal services, litigation support, or technology solutions.
  • Proven history of achieving and surpassing sales goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of the litigation process and legal industry needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and familiarity with legal tech solutions.
