Key Responsibilities of an Electrical Engineer:

• Take ownership of line performance and results, ensuring efficient operations.
• Act as the first responder to breakdowns or process failures, providing swift technical support.
• Help drive the execution of continuous improvement activities and provide technical expertise.
• Identify and close out improvement activities linked to priority losses, continuously enhancing processes.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards, maintaining a safe working environment.

Ideal Electrical Engineer will be:

• Qualified to an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineer or above
• Experience working within a manufacturing industry
• Strong fault finder and analytical thinker
