About you: We are currently hiring a highly motivated and ambitious Digital Marketing Executive with a strong background in project management to support our advertising & content creation efforts.   In this role, you’ll play a part in executing campaigns across multiple channels and ensuring our brand reaches the right audience with engaging and impactful content that converts & produces an ROI. In order to excel at this role, you must be goal-oriented,  able to work independently, organized, understand paid media on socials (IG/FB, Tiktok, etc), and be able to manage different projects at the same time. Key Responsibilities: Content Sourcing & Coordination: Assist with sourcing photography and videography content for our advertising campaigns by planning photoshoots, video shoots & working with influencers & content creators. You’ll use past performance data and competitor insights to help find and coordinate visual assets for paid social channels to achieve a positive ROI (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Project Management: Work alongside our media team to help execute campaigns by coordinating the content creation process. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that creatives (photos, videos) are delivered on time and align with our brand vision. Email Marketing Support: Collaborate with the graphic design team to help execute the monthly campaign calendar, schedule A/B tests in email flows, and track campaign performance to ensure continued monthly growth. Copywriting: Assist with writing short-form copy for email subject lines, ad briefs, and social media captions. You will also help draft engaging copy for email campaigns and paid ads. Website Updates & CRO Initiatives: Support the marketing team by helping to manage key website updates during promotions or product launches. You’ll also assist in conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, working closely with other team members to drive improvements. Brand Aesthetics: Help ensure that all visual content aligns with our brand’s message, values, and aesthetics across all platforms. Desired Qualities: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or DTC ecommerce . Strong organizational and project management skills . Able to work independently & goal orientated. Some knowledge of paid social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and content sourcing for campaigns. An eye for aesthetics and attention to detail when it comes to visual content and branding. A desire to learn, grow, and develop your skills. What are some of the perks?
