Occupational Health Advisor

Job Title: Occupational Health AdvisorLocation: Covent GardensMain Purpose: To support the Occupational Health Lead in delivering a comprehensive and proactive occupational health advisory service for employees and managers, while also assisting the Royal Opera House Benevolent Fund in identifying and supporting beneficiaries.Key Responsibilities:Provide best practice occupational health services to enhance the workplace environment.Identify health challenges faced by staff and implement solutions to reduce sickness absence and improve mental health support.Collaborate with managers to raise awareness of occupational health services.Deliver a full range of occupational health services, including health surveillance and first aid support.Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.Support the Benevolent Fund by identifying potential beneficiaries and managing grant processes.Contribute to training and development initiatives related to occupational health.Requirements:Occupational Health diploma or degree.Registered General Nurse (NMC registered).Experience in sickness absence case management and providing occupational health advice.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Proficiency in record-keeping and administrative tasks.Desirable Skills:Interest in the arts and understanding of the unique health needs within this sector.Commitment to continuous professional development and improvement in occupational health practices.Join Us: If you are dedicated to promoting health and wellbeing in a dynamic environment, we invite you to apply!Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
