Job Description Head of Therapy Services (HCPC Registered) Hours per week: 37.5 (Mon to Fri) Salary: Up to £50,000 Please note that our client DOES NOT offer Tier 2 sponsorship We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Head of Therapy Services to lead our client's multi-disciplinary therapy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective delivery of personalized rehabilitation and care, as well as providing strong leadership and management of the therapies team. You must be a qualified Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapist with a HCPC Registration with experience in managing a team of staff, including setting objectives, appraisal, recruitment, and disciplinary issues.
