The role can be worked on a full-time basis.Connect to your skills and professional experienceYou should have strong experience in most of the following:Strong experience within the Middle East, or within the region, leading large-scale transformation programmes, including (or equivalent):Programme strategy; definition and planning, delivery strategy, business case developmentProgramme set-up; delivery/operating model design, commercial model structure, definition, and mapping of programme outcomesProgramme delivery; project and programme management, programme controls/assurance, risk management, and operational readinessExtensive industry knowledge and deep expertise in programme leadership, bringing lessons learnt and insights to clients and the wider Deloitte groupHighly mature and experienced stakeholder management and influencing skillsDelivering major transformational programmes using traditional and/or agile methodologiesDelivering operating model transformationCommercial awareness to manage effective client, supplier and partner relationships and support in the generation of new opportunitiesInclusive leadership.
