About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and meticulous graduate to join our client’s team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start a career in insurance, particularly in claims/account handling and administration. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the claims process while gaining valuable experience in the high-end insurance sector. Ideally, the candidate will have a degree in Construction or Real Estate.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management and administration of insurance claims, from initial notification through to settlement.
  • Consult with clients, brokers, and insurance companies to ensure claims are processed efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of claims and update systems accordingly.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Provide support to senior claims handlers and assist in resolving complex claims.
  • Manage customer queries and offer support during the claims process.
  • Review policies to ensure coverage is adequate for the claims being made.
  • Assist with general office administration tasks as required.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Construction or Real Estate or a similar field.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent diligence.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • An initiative-taking approach to problem-solving and the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • A genuine interest in the insurance industry and a desire to develop a career in claims handling.
