Finance Manager

We are working with our Client to recruit for a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. Description As a Finance Manager you will have a series of roles and responsibilities to adhere to including: Monthly bank, debtors and creditors reconciliations Oversee the invoice processing and facilitation of payments under CIS Ensure that all company financial practices are in line with statutory financial regulations and legislation Manage payroll administration such as holidays, absence and PAYE Motivate staff with a creative and supportive nature To deputise for the Financial Director in their absence, and attend necessary meetings when required Preparation of monthly management accounts Prepare and post monthly journals Preparation of monthly and quarterly VATProfile In order to be successful within this role you will need the following skills and attributes: Experience within a financial management or management accounts role A good knowledge of cost principles and practices Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy Good technical accounting skills and Excel proficiency Build and maintain strong working relationships Good problem solverJob Offer A competitive salary and any other company benefits once employed
