The Head of Commercial will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and operational excellence across Cowshed Studios, Creators, Social, and Ventures. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with a proven track record in commercial strategy, client management, and business development. Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies for Cowshed Studios, Creators, Social, and Ventures. Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and account growth. Revenue Management: Monitor and analyse revenue streams to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics for each division. Reporting and Analysis: Develop and present regular reports on commercial performance, market trends, and business development activities. Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and refine commercial strategies.
