As Security Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance in terms of standards and behaviours across the team, ensuring your customers receive the highest possible service standards. The ideal Security Manager will be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, maintaining excellent communication at all times.Responsibilities:Duty manager requirement as part of the centre management team on a rota basisDrive performance in terms of standards and behaviours across the teamOperate as part of the team, providing customers with the required professional standardsProvide a safe environment for the general public and staffReport any Health and Safety hazardsBe aware of risk and compliance during day to day operationBe aware of the team’s role in the management of events and activities, understand team requirements and assist as appropriateMaintain positive relations with retailers and assist where appropriateWork with other teams for the benefit of the site, developing new skills where appropriateBook on/off duty using an electronic payroll systemMaintain records in line with your duty including utilising the electronic patrol system, all check sheets, incident reports and accident reportsEnsure all employee training is recorded and up to dateAccurately report sickness and ensure absence levels are managed correctlyLead colleague inductions covering all health and safety training and role expectationsDeliver on standards and expectationsParticipation in site emergency proceduresRequirements:Demonstrate exceptional customer service skillsMaintain communication at all times with your colleagues using site specific communication methodsMaintain and develop working relationships, with partners, managers, colleagues, business manager and head office supportBe responsible for H&S within your area of activityBe responsible for embedding a risk aware culture at site levelHave a valid Security licence and First aid certificate
