With a commitment to quality, consistency, and outstanding service, they are seeking two Trainee Scone Bakers to join the team. You'll need to work efficiently, following recipes and instructions with precision. A basic understanding of food safety regulations is essential, and you must adhere to all health and safety standards throughout the process. Duties: Weighing and measuring ingredients Preparing doughs, cutting scones, traying up Operating equipment (mixers, cutting machines, ovens) Performing quality control checks Boxing and labelling finished products Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow instructions accurately Experience in baking Ability to lift up to 25kg Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
