A leading compliance industry player with over 40 years of experience is seeking a Field Operations Manager to join their expanding team. Specialising in Legionella Risk Management, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a company that excels in Legionella Control Services.
Field Operations Manager Responsibilities:
* Analyse nationwide operations and staff performance.
* Ensure full utilization of field staff, minimizing unproductive time.
* Develop and implement quality control methods.
* Set targets and business goals, collaborating with the team to achieve them.
* Manage budgets and forecasts.
* Schedule training sessions and workshops for new and existing staff.
* Develop strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and cost reduction.
* Enhance operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
* Monitor field staff KPI’s, performance and perform quality control checks.
* Support the development and introduction of new field services and products.
* Produce method statements and risk assessments.
Field Operations Manager Benefits:
* £40,000 - £50,000 basic salary (D.O.E.)

Field Operations Manager Requirements:
* A full UK licence is essential for this position.
* Proven experience as a Legionella Manager or in a similar role.
* Knowledge of industry guidelines and regulations.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
* NEBOSH or equivalent qualification.
Field Operations Manager Personal Profile:
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills.
* Confident, positive, proactive, and self-aware.
* Ability to lead and motivate a dispersed operational field team.
* Strong attention to detail, commercial insight, and health and safety awareness.
* Proficient in analysing processes and developing improvement strategies.
* Skilled in managing multiple projects and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
