Our client, a market leader within the London New Homes market is actively looking to recruit a new Sales Executive. Based in London, you will be operating and selling from a brand-new development which launches imminently.If you're looking to take your next step in property, our client is open minded on your experience and would be interested in you if you have prior New Homes or Agency experience. It's all about the energy you can bring to the team!A bit more about the role:Key Responsibilities:Engage with prospective buyers, providing detailed information on available properties.Conduct property viewings and showcase the unique features and benefits of each home.Negotiate and finalise salesBuild and maintain strong relationships Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all clients.Requirements:Junior level experience in estate agency or salesResilient and self-motivatedStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Excellent negotiation and closing skills.This role will be paying 28k-34k Basic Salary & £50k+ OTE.This is a diverse role where you will be part of a high performing Sales team where no one day will be same.
