Design Manager

Design Manager Toome £40k to £50k This is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday, competitive salary, private health care, pension, 28 days holiday. Day to day: Project Design Management, Implement and Manage BIM on all projects. Lead on the design and development of new Off-Site Building Projects. Develop your ideas from concept to production. Liaison with senior management and wide range of stakeholders. Reviewing and preparation of design drawings, problem solving and innovation. Experience Degree educated in Construction and hold a RIBA Qualification. 5+ years of experience in Architectural Design / Off-Site Construction. Proficient in 2D and 3D Design including AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM. Extensive Knowledge of UK and Ireland Building Regulations. Hold a valid UK driving license and ability to travel when necessary.
