Brand Manager

About the Role: Ceuta, an IQVIA company, is looking for a dynamic Brand Manager You'll develop and implement marketing strategies for key clients, driving sales and brand growth. Collaborate with colleagues to create impactful marketing and trade plans. Career Experience: Marketing Expertise: Relevant and recent marketing experience in consumer packaged goods is essential. Knowledge of grocery and/or pharmacy trade sectors is preferred. Industry Knowledge: Experience with Health & Beauty, OTC, or licensed medicines is advantageous. Regulated Markets: Working knowledge or experience in highly regulated markets is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing and trade marketing plans. Analyze product categories and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Work with agencies on advertising, media, and packaging design. Support sales teams with brand updates and marketing expertise. Monitor budgetary expenditures and report on brand performance. Qualifications: Marketing qualification (e.g., CIM) essential; Marketing degree preferred. Relevant marketing experience in consumer packaged goods. Knowledge of grocery, pharmacy trade sectors, and regulated markets preferred. Skills: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong communication and presentation skills.
