This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brilliant, growing team in an extremely reputable retail bank. You’ll be part of a team of 10, and 1 of 4 OE Partners - each with their primary strategic focus, for this role the focus is Performance. You’ll lead on the strategy and BAU delivery for performance. You’ll have the opportunity to work on other areas within the team as project work is rotated. Organisational development / effectiveness background who brings experience in delivering performance management activities. You’ll have excellent attention to detail and be happy to get stuck into data. This is a permanent role, with great development potential.
