With outside investment and outstanding board of professionals, they are on track to become the leader in their category.Reporting into the Head of Food, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced production manager looking for a role with ownership.You’ll be joining the team at ground level as they scale and will actively contribute to shaping the internal culture - which already includes regular company events - to ensure a fun and collaborative working environment.You’ll be doing this:Building and implementing a food quality reporting systemFollowing principles of HACCP and ensuring progressive food safetyImplementing SALSA and gain accreditation, plus support with any future accreditations such as Organic cert and B-CorpOwning production from planning to execution, ensuring quality and safety are always the priorityDeveloping strong relationships with suppliers.And you’ll need this:Managerial level experience in food productionRelevant certifications in food safety e.g. HACCPProven track record of developing and implementing quality assurance programsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentIf you have a passion for healthy products and want to be part of a hugely exciting story, we want to hear from you.
