Commercial Lawyer

Major, Lindsey & Africa are working with a NASDAQ-listed, US-headquartered Technology company, who need support for a few months from November to cover a parental leave. The work will include a range of Technology contracts including SaaS agreements and software licensing, amongst a variety of general commercial contracts and privacy matters. In addition, the successful candidate will be able to draft and negotiate contracts in French.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, dynamic team, and they need someone who is able to think strategically about the effect of their decisions on the wider business.

Essential experience:

• 5+PQE
• Private practice and in-house experience in commercial and technology transactions
• Fluent French language skills
