Head of Compliance (SMF16)London (Hybrid working)£110,000 Basic + bonus & benefits. Are you an experienced Senior Compliance Manager looking for the step up or a current Head of Compliance from the Credit Card or Payments industry?Would you like to change roles and join a very fast growing business that is looking to strength its Compliance structure?Your new role would be a challenging permanent opening based in London with hybrid working 2/3 days a week from home.You will support and lead the business from a Compliance standpoint, including going through a banking application. The business has a CRO so the role will be focused on Compliance for a fast growing payments and credit card company.In order to qualify for this excellent opportunity, you will be an excellent communicator with the ability and confidence to interact with senior internal and external stakeholders, a proven track record as a Senior Compliance Manager (looking to step up) or a current Head of Compliance in addition to the below:Ideally a background in Credit Cards or PaymentsProven communicator with Senior Stakeholders.Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the FCA regulations and ability to maintain knowledge as they change.Experience of a fast growing business would be advantageous
