Exceptional Interim Commercial Finance Director assignment (divisional)Key Deliverables;Within 6 months the group CFO must be provided with a firm grip of the financial performance of the division.Within 6 months the divisional MD will have been fully supported in driving significance performance improvements – both top and bottom line.Essential Skills;Exceptional business partnering skills as you will be the trusted right-hand person to a divisional MD.Strong preference for a career pathway within commercial financeAlongside the commercial focus, a demonstrable history in balance sheet and cash flow improvements.Demonstrable history in data improvement – we will need examples of how data has been used to drive value and influence board level stakeholders.Extensive systems and process improvement.First class planning, forecasting, and controls experience.Proven change & transformation practitioner.Must be both strategic and hands on.The Individual;We are particularly interested to speak with Interims from highly complex Retail environments, or Consumer Services.High levels of resilience.Intellectually curious, look for issues / problems and fix them.Engaging leader who can engage people within the finance teams and wider business during challenging circumstances.3 days a week on site (details upon request).
