We've partnered with a highly respected manufacturer, working in the medical field… who are by far the market leaders in their space and are growing from strength to strength and expanding in international markets. Innovators within their sector, creating a plethora of products, are on the lookout for a driven Marketing Manager to join their team.

They’re based in a ‘somewhat rural location’ in the countryside, they do offer hybrid working so you can work from home 1 day per week as standard however people with their own transport would be best due to the location of the office.

The Role – Marketing Manager Support the Head of Marketing to develop and roll out both short-term and long-term marketing plans. Use different marketing channels and tactics to create a strategy that boosts the reach and engagement of our client’s educational webinars. Develop engaging content and marketing campaigns to promote webinars. Keep an eye on how the Academy, website, and overall marketing campaigns are performing, and tweak strategies as needed to make them more effective. Make the most of CRM tools to track customer interactions and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Increase customer engagement through targeted campaigns and personalised communication. Manage website content to keep it relevant and fresh, while also boosting online visibility and generating leads. Assist with organising and promoting trade shows and other in-person events. Do market research and analyse competitors to spot target audiences, industry trends, and growth opportunities. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all marketing efforts are in sync with overall strategies. Collaborate with internal teams, external suppliers, and partners to create compelling content, campaigns, and marketing materials. Handle the company’s social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, community management, and engagement tactics.

To be considered for this role you will need: At least 3 years B2B or educational marketing experience Excellent CRM and email marketing campaign management experience. Proficient with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot reports Experience using a CMS (Webflow ideal but not essential)
