Senior Finance Officer Location: London Contract: Temporary (6 month initial) Rate: £20-25 per hour (35 hour week) Start Date: ASAP *Hybrid Working* Contact: Job Description Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a public sector organisation in London for a Senior Finance Officer to join the team on a temporary basis. The postholder will report to the Financial Accountant and will undertake a wide range of financial support tasks across the organisation's internal finance function. Main Responsibilities Work in partnership with the financial accountant to ensure a strong financial control environment is in place, including payment processes, grant processing, cash management, balance sheet reconciliation and corporate reporting. Maintain SAP financial processes and structures to ensure accurate financial transactions and reporting is available to support the finance business partners and business area. Support planning cycles by maintaining and tracking progress to timetables, including budgets and quarterly forecasts.Candidate Criteria Part-Qualified CCAB/CIMA Accountant or Equivalent Experience of providing financial support within a large public sector organisation Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage Experience of working with financial systems with high competency of standard office software applications Great communication skills with the ability to work well on own initiative as well as part of a team.If you are interested in the role, or know of anyone who may be, please contact Greg at Service Care Solutions on (phone number removed) or email Service Care Solutions also offers a £250 referral bonus!
