CSCS CARDED MULTI-TRADERS REQUIRED - SOCIAL HOUSING - EAST LONDON POSTCODES*** One of our Social Housing Contractor clients requires multiple CSCS Carded Multi-Traders who have proven experience of carrying out repairs on social housing occupied and non occupied dwellings preferably across London Boroughs previously. Core Skills required: *Painting & Decorating *Plastering *Plumbing *Carpentry *Basic tiling Typical Core Duties: *Kitchen fitting *Changing flushers, tiles etc/light sanitary/plumbing duties *Skirting/architraves *Changing doorhandles *Changing toilet roll holders *Basic Painting, touching up of rooms You will be required to use your own car or van but only required to carry out works across E postcodes, approximately completing 8 dwellings per day. All materials will be supplied and paid for by our client. Must haves: CSCS card, full UK/EU driving license and own car or van, social housing experience of working as a Multi-Trader/Handy Person, full set of tools, trustworthy and polite character, a can do attitude towards work. Nice to Haves: Basic or Enhanced DBS Job Title: Multi-Trader Pay Rate: £210-£220 per day - DOE (Depending on relevant experience) Start Date: 14.10.24 Pay schedule: Weekly Duration: 5-6 months, possibly longer Free Parking at each property Working hours: 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced CSCS carded Multi-Traders, Handy Persons and Multi-Skilled operatives to secure a brilliant run of work going in to March/April 2025 - Dont miss out!
