You’ll be a key player in delivering high-quality solutions while managing projects and fostering strong client relationships. Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction. Design tailored solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Oversee solution testing, deployment, and user training to ensure smooth implementation. Provide expert guidance on contact centre technologies, including IVR, workforce management, and non-voice channels. Stay updated on industry best practices and Microsoft guidelines to ensure compliance. Proven experience (5+ years) in delivering complex contact centre solutions. Hands-on expertise in a range of contact centre technologies (Inbound Voice, Automated Dialling, Workforce Management). Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
