Dedicated Salesperson

Peacock Sourcing Limited are currently recruiting for a Dedicated Salesperson to work for their well-established client based in Southwest London. In this role you will form the backbone of the companies dedicated sales team, being responsible for bringing in new business, it should be stated that this role offers significant opportunities for commission based on sales. Because our client is a growing business, as a Dedicated Salesperson you will grow with them and more opportunities will become available to you as the business grows, such as pay increases, etc. Working Hours Flexible full-time hours (30 – 40 per week) Pay Fully commission based (£50 per sale) with some commission paid in advance. A competent person should easily be able to acquire 2 sales a day in this role. Duties In a sales capacity you will be responsible for email marketing, door to door promotion of the company to surrounding shops & business in the general area, telephone sales – e.g. contacting head offices of companies and decision makers, creation of social media ads – e.g. Google/ Facebook ads, responding to ads placed on Bark, Check-a-trade and similar sites along with writing out quotations. ATTENTION: Please note that you do not need to be able to perform all of these capabilities to be suitable for this role, you only need to be able to do most of them, in addition for door to door sales travel expenses can be claimed back. Experience This role is best suited to anybody with a Marketing/Sales background such as a sales consultant, sales administrator, social media manager, telecoms fundraiser, door to door salesman, etc. The kind of person we are looking for must be highly organised, friendly, reliable, have good presentation skills and be fluent in English both spoken and written. This contract is open ended as the business is rapidly expanding and ramping up work over the coming months, meaning there will be plenty of opportunities to progress and grow inside the company.
