Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and will play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring financial efficiency, and providing expert advice throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and budgets for various projects. Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to support project decision-making. Monitor project progress and financial performance, identifying and addressing any issues. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes. Prepare and review tender documentation, bids, and contractual agreements. Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.Qualifications and Experience: Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (RICS accreditation preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and procurement processes.
