Content Manager- Financial Services
London based
£40,000 to £60,000 plus benefits
1/3 days per week in the office
Available as a 4 or 5 day per week vacancy
Join this fast growing, global financial services brand in London to develop and deliver strategic marketing communications content that will support growth and increase brand awareness across the UK and Europe. Experience delivering quality content in a financial services led environment is essential. The end client will remain confidential until the shortlist has been approved by the CMO.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver a marketing communications content strategy to support sales efforts and increase brand awareness e.g. leadership pieces, proposals, web content, newsletters and more
Ensure the content efforts highlight the companies specialist expertise across the UK and Europe
Follow industry trends, competitor activity and general market changes to ensure the content is tailored and up to date
Contribute ideas and knowledge to the wider team to ensure wider marketing campaigns are up to date and inline with the overall marketing strategy
Oversee all digital content- Website, social media etc. Making sure it is engaging, up to date and reflects the brand
Deliver copy for the sales team such as client-facing documents
Deliver quality content to support on wider communications efforts such as speeches, presentations and talking points
Analyse the performance data across all forms of content to continually improve it and support sales efforts
Experience Required:
Experience delivering finance led quality content is essential
Proven experience delivering communications, PR, media relations is essential
Proven ability to deliver content to the UK and European markets
A degree in marketing, PR, journalism or economics would be useful
Very strong written and verbal communications skills
Able to work with colleagues and stakeholders across all levels. Including board level
Good understanding of compliance requirements for financial services and products
Advanced knowledge of financial concepts, specific terminology and asset classes
Knowledge of the industry, key players and events
A willingness to work across a broad range of channels
Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Keen attention to detail
Adaptable and able to work as part of a team
Able to deliver a high standard of work
Strong analytics and research skills
