Exciting Projects: Be an integral part of our team, managing day-to-day operations and participating in a multitude of exciting and varied projects. Cutting-Edge Technology: Work extensively with Cisco switches, Fortigate firewalls, and Palo Alto, managing a globally robust and reliable network. Critical Infrastructure: Deploy, configure, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure critical to our operation, with occasional site visits both in the UK and abroad. Manage Cisco CUCM with satellite sites using SRST, Expressway, Jabber, CUC, and Cisco Meeting Server, ensuring flawless video and voice quality. Assist with the management of all network-attached devices supporting global infrastructure, including power equipment, CCTV, environmental controls, and audio-visual endpoints. This role is perfect for a self-motivated candidate with a creative approach to problem-solving. Experience: 5 to 8 years in voice and networking roles. Skills: Presentable with excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident in communicating with individuals at all levels, including those for whom English may not be the first language.
