Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to inspire and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service. This is a hands-on operational role. Key Responsibilities: Daily Operations: Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient service. Customer Service: Deliver superior food and beverage service, addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Ensure staff training is in place and ongoing. Close liaison with the Head Sommelier and Head Chef. Scheduling: Organize and supervise shifts, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times. Quality Control: Regularly review product quality and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships. Financial Management: Control operational costs, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to increase revenue. Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within a high-end dining establishment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and best practices. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively. Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
