Private Client Investment AdministratorPrivate Client Investment Manager – Based Edinburgh£30,000 - £32,000 + Excellent Package and BonusThis is an excellent opportunity for individuals with at least 1 years’ experience in Investment Management, Financial Planning or Wealth Management to join one of the UK’s leading Investment & Wealth Managers in their Edinburgh offices. Working in their Private Client team, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:Working closely with the Private Client Directors on all aspects of their client meetings, including setting up, arranging and handling all post meeting documentation.Create client suitability reports, including transfer analysis and new client portfolio analysis.Maintain client data across all systems and take dealing instructions from clients and Directors.Liaise closely with back office staff and client servicing team to ensure best practice and best possible outcomes for clients.Work closely with all members of the Private Client team, participating in relevant projects and business initiatives.To be successful in this role, you should have had experience of the following:At least 2 years relevant experience gained from within a similar Private Client Investment, Financial Planning or Wealth Management organisationExperience of working with investment fundsProven client focused background, with a strong proactive and energetic approach to workGood educational background, ideally working towards Financial Planning and/or Investment qualificationsExcellent communication and administrative skillsIn return our client offers:Excellent working environmentExcellent base salary, package and bonusFor more information, please contact Edward Groves
